Deep Sea Fishing Co Noosa are expanding their fleet and crew numbers. Skippers & Deckhands wanted for Sunshine Coast charter boat operating out of Noosa with Deep Sea Fishing Co Noosa aboard CATCH 22 & DEEPSEA 7.

Enjoy one of the best offices on the Sunshine Coast and get paid to go fishing!

Fishing experience is preferred but not essential. Crew training and ongoing training will be provided for the right applicants.

Skippers – Minimum qualification is a coxswain Grade 1 Certificate 2

Deckhands – Experience is a bonus but not necessary

Applicants must have good people skills being able to adapt from tourist to locals to extreme novices, to the most experience fishermen, just a good yarn and a laugh whilst maintaining a professional demeanour and attitude.

This position is open to all ages and experience levels, flexible work days can be offered, we are looking for multiple crew who will show up everyday with a smile and give it all to ensure that our customers have the best experience that we can provide.

Please take into consideration before applying, that charter boat numbers per week can vary depending on weather – could be 10+ charters one week to 1-4 another.

Approx 6am starts. Charters run from 6am for 5 hours, 7 hours and 9 hours. Operating 7 days a week subject to weather.

All applicants must have their own transport, must NOT get seasick.
