Seven fire crews have raced to the scene of a house fire on the Sunshine Coast, reportedly sparked by an e-bike.
A QFES spokesperson says the blaze started in the lounge room of a home on Sippy Downs Drive, Sippy Downs around midnight.
Firefighters arrived to find the rear of the property ‘well involved’ in flames, but managed to contain it to the back of the home within 15 minutes.

The flames were out by 1.50am.
Crews remained on scene until 4am, dampening down hotspots.
A fire investigator has been called to attend the scene later this morning, to confirm if an e-bike was the cause.
A QAS spokesperson says no patients were injured or required transport to hospital.
