A light plane has crashed into the ocean off the Sunshine Coast.
The coastguard says the plane ditched in waters about 20 nautical miles east of Mooloolaba just after 9am.
Two people are in a life raft according to the coastguard.

Rescue helicopters and water police are responding to the crash.
