5 course lunch matched with Eumundi Brewery Beers – Menu includes:
CRAB ROLL: Fraser island spanner crab, celery, dill, hot butter, Dijon, brioche roll, fresh lemon,
matched with Eumundi Lager.
CROQUETTE: Slow cooked pulled pork, mac and cheese croquette, sweet corn foam, bacon dust,
matched with rasberry Brut IPA.
PAPERBARK EYE FILLET: Prosciutto wrapped eye fillet, roast beetroot foam, zucchini flower,
