One person has been flown to hospital in a critical condition following a serious crash west of Beerwah.
Emergency crews were called to an incident on Kilcoy Beerwah Rd at Cedarton around 8am on Friday.
A QAS spokesperson says multiple vehicles and a pedestrian were involved, with the pedestrian suffering critical injuries.

Police closed the road off while emergency services, including a rescue helicopter, attended the scene.
The patient was flown to the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
The road reopened as of 10am.
