Police are investigating the theft of two war medals from a Gympie home earlier this month.
Unknown thieves broke into the Garrick Street property between 9.30pm and 11pm on February 11.
They damaged the property and stole the two Australian war medals.

Detectives are seeking help from the public to locate the medals so they can be safely returned to their owner.
Anyone with information or CCTV is urged to contact police.
